Important Information
- It is important you are ready and waiting at the pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
- Seating is limited and bookings are essential and it is recommended to book at least 72 hours prior to your service departure.
- If you are travelling on a Hospital Warrant this must be sent to Ingham Travel at least 1 working day prior to your transfer and an additional payment of $12.50 each way will be required. Please select the Hospital Warrant Fare when booking your transfer. These transfers must be to/from either the Townsville University Hospital or the Mater Hospitals.
